The EPM model has been updated with the SFY2009 July and August DAFRT100 data. Please access the model and enter your July and August Program 10 expenditure data. The Program 10 Encumbrance form has been updated with the balances in the “obligate” column from the SFY 2008 Program 10 form. The corresponding project names and numbers have also been transferred. In addition to entering your July and August actual expenditures, please enter your September through June projected expenditures. The due date for the July and August Program 10 expenditure data is Friday October 17, 2008.

The EPM model has been updated with the June DAFRT100 data. Please access the model and enter your June Program 10 expenditure data. When completing the expenditure reports for June remember the following: 1) Include only cash expenditures. No accruals should be entered into the June report. 2) Any remaining AY 2008 funds to be encumbered and spent in the first quarter of appropriation year 2009 should be entered in the "Obligate Next SFY" column on the Program 10 form. 3) Upon transition from SFY 2008 to 2009 those projects with remaining balances in the "obligate" column will be transferred to the Program 10 Encumbrance form. 4) Accruals in the DAFRT100, identified as a transaction with a cur_doc code beginning with Y, or a transaction with a cur_doc code “JP000025”, are only used to identify funds that will be encumbered in SFY 2009. Please do not enter a project number for these transactions. In addition, since June marks the end of the fourth quarter, Performance Outcomes must also be entered at this time.
